False promises

I recently upgraded and ordered online as you receive an extra speaker with the Sony XPeria. On delivery I did not receive the speaker as I was promised by the sales consultant telephonically. I received a call after I complained but have not been contacted since Monday (22/04/2013). Today is the 25th and no one bothered to call me or to make an arrangement of some sort. Is this really a company I want to be with for the next 2 years?! Contaact me urgently so that we can resolve this matter. Thank you.
