Repairs on a speake

I purchased a Tedelex music system from FurncityEllerines somewhere between 2008 and 2009, the system was fine until about 12 months or so later when one of the speakers stopped working and I took it back to the furniture store and I was told by a lady whom I spoke to there (Busi) after a week that the speaker is out of guarantee and the speaker was taken to early bird who quoted that to fix it will cost me R200 and they wanted me to tell them if they should fix the speaker or not, which I gave permission to them to fix. After not receiving a call from the shop for about two months about my speaker since they had promised to call me back when it was ready. I spoke to the same lady who said to me the speaker has not been fixed yet, three months later again no communicaton from the shop I go and ask the same lady again, the speaker was not ready still and she promised to call me as soon as it was ready and five months down the line no communication. Its now 2013, I still don't have my speaker back instead I am sent from one arrogant manager to the next and after making endless calls to their still nthing.
