I have upgraded my phone in November 2013, i have upgraded to an anytime 200 package (Sony Xperia Z1). As advertised i suppose to receive 150mb extra as bonus, until today thats 3 months later i did not receive it.

I had called the call centre and enquired about it, i was put through to Mtn direct were they said its fixed and i will receive it next month. I phoned last night again and the answer i got was they going to escalate my issue, the provisioning department said its done. this is my ref number given from the call centre - 108505812 . you can check your system and see all the times i have enquired about my account

i am very upset that i had to phone and query this all the time and until today nothing is done.

if things dont get sorted, i will just have to cancel my contract because this is false advertising
