No Acknowledgement of Payment

Good Day

For the past couple of months I have been trying to sort out a Telkom account but to no avail. It started last year when I made arrangments to pay an account off through an external company (Nu Debt), My agreement was to pay the account off, and made the first payment of R500, problem is I had the incorrect details of the account but picked this up when I noticed the amount owing was not being reduced. I communicated this to Telkom as well as Nu Debt management and forwarded proof of payment but still nothing has been taken off the original account. I am not sure who to deal with from here, as I would like to sort this out but Telkom says they are unable to assist me, whilst Nu Debt still have'nt gotten back to me with a solution, its been months now, which is really unacceptable. The amount payed just needs to be credited to the account, I honestly dont understand the unprofessionalism of both companies.
