Telephone Out of Order for more than 2 months

Telephones in this area have been out of order for more than 2 months and no amount of escalating the fault, phoning or pleading is helping. A fault is still logged for a general area fault, so the individuals who still have no service cannot even report their faults. I am writing this on behalf of a family member.
