Telkom ignoring plea for help

I have phoned Telkom almost on a daily basis to give more info on the fault on hand to help them figure out where the problem is, the reason is because our neighborhood has been having ADSL problems due to the telkom exchange being congested since 22 Feb.

Even with all the help I'm trying to give from my side with testing with different routers and accounts from my house and others in the area, telkom just keeps ignoring the problem and utterly refuses to help us out in the Helderview area. At night (1am to 6am) we have 200 local ping in the afternoon we have 1300 local ping, this is disgusting due to the fact that the whole area is affected and telkom can hardly care at all.

I have logged a fault on 685CWK250213 and since then been using that and asking the other in the area to also log faults, and still telkom refuses to help.

Thus I'm asking help from hello peter since i have had very good results by using your company to help the minority who are not heard.
