No service from MTN Goldfields

The employee at the goldfields mall mtn branch with dreadlock hair was incompetent to find any information on the system about an account querie. He told me that there has never been an acount on the surname. Had to wait more than 20 minutes and then this person left me and assisted another client. MTN Bloemfontein branch could see there is a problem with the account but this person failed to assist.
