I bought my ring on lay-by in June 2012 for my wedding in December. I fetched it a few weeks before the wedding and I wanted to resize it then but was "adviced" to do it minimum two weeks before the wedding. I took my ring to be resized at AS Kroonstad whereby the lady told me she doesn't want to take a risk with my ring because my fingers were too small for it to be resized. I went to AS Goldfields were they insisted they will fix the ring. After 3 months the stone came off & I returned the ring to AS Goldfields asking them to help me cause I couldn't find my receipt. I was told they can't help me because they don't keep records in store. I found my receipt days after then I told them I don't want the ring anymore because I discovered that they forced to resize my ring to a size that they are not allowed to according to their procedure. I reported the matter to their customer service on numerous occassions but I haven't received any help. Now my worry is that maybe they are trying to stall me so that my 6 months return policy expires. Please help because I'm tired of wasting my airtime and petrol. Thank you in advance
