Shocking Customer Service - 3g stick not working

As per our discussion Roderique, I explained that I specifically asked the lady (verbally) if it will be cut off and she said yes. I was still being charged R600 for something I was not aware of and something I specifically asked to not happen. The lady at the shop contacted me to explain what I already knew. I know there was a miscommunication, but that still does not help me! She was going to talk to the manager and get back to me. That was last week sometime. Point is, I still had to pay the extra R600 for something I should not have & I am stuck in a contract I didn't want in the first place... Please send me a direct email so i dont have to keep going through here. Besides for the above and my main issue, the 3g stick isn't even working anymore. I want a manager or someone with senior authority to contact me about this situation. I am shocked by the lack of service here.

Not happy at all - I WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACT ALTOGETHER
