Still waiting to hear from them

We have a loan at Capitec. In early Feb. we paid off 50% of the loan and asked for the monthly installments to be recalculated. According to the manager at the Goldfields Mall branch, it can only be done by. She said they will call us back with an answer, because the day she phoned there was an apparent fire in the. Till now we are still waiting for Capitec to return our calls.

Like FNB says: Maybe its a good time to change to FNB.
