Eish sir, it is not on our system

Here I am thinking that with now a days technology anything is possible, apparently not! Went to the comuticket stand in checkers goldfields mall to purchase tickets for next weekends rugby game between the cheetahs and the bulls knowing that it is a local derby i wanted to get tickets before they are sold out. Asking the lady working behind the counter to please show me what seats is available on the stadium for me to purchase tickets? i was told: "eish sir, it is not on our system." asking her then where can i buy tickets then, the reply was at the stadium itself. I am from Welkom so what i was basically told is that on the day of the game I have to hope and pray that there are still tickets available and drive to Bloemfontein and buy the tickets at the stadium? surely it is not suppose to work like that, is it? how can a company that prides them self's in telling you buying tickets for any event is easy as ABC but when wanting to buy them you cant be assisted?
