MTN Sim swap impossible, Since Sunday, Help

Please help us, we need a sim swap done, My wife phone was since Sunday and we cant do anything cause SAPS wants a ITC number and you want a case number, I would like a Sim swap done now and delivered to me, today.

Secondly I need more help, Please get me someone trustworthy who will assist me, I have been a customer for 8 years and I need help today, So the person who my wife Cell has been using it, the person invited me on BBM, I have the person name, Cell number Age, he thinks I am a lady and wants to meet me this weekend, But it seems the phone is now blocked as the BBM is not working and neither is the number he gave me, His number was working, I tried it, He also has my aunty as a contact,
