I have complained about this before, this morning I tried yet again. I called Vodacom Call Centre, they had to call again because either the phone drops calls or they do. My request was to please either buy the Blackberry Bold 9790 back OR I will give it back just to be able to upgrade early. I am alone and when I drive my kids want me to have Latitude on for them to see where I am and in trouble, the phone will show where I find myself. Blackberry and Google don't work together anymore, so I sit with a phone that cannot do Latitude. I can check Facebook every other day IF lucky.

I tried to communicate this problem to Vodacom and I realize I have a year on my contract left. I was told, I don't spend enough - completely disregarding the other lines on my account. I asked the consultant that its all about money and not Customers... I sit with an expensive product that doesn't do what it has been advertised to do, but my problem is not on the sheet, therefore I cannot be helped.

I have been a customer for I guess 12 years, brought in the rest on my account (a lot have left too), never not paid... but that does not count.

I will have to keep that in mind. I am very dissapointed.
