Received a new blackberry bold 9790 from Vodacom Killarney in December 2012. The BIS was activated, but all my blackberry services still did not work. Took it back to Killarney, and they did not know why it wasnt working, and asked me to take it to vodacom customer care in Sandton. I took it there, where the software was reinstalled, but it still did not work. Then booked it in to get repaired, and received it back 3 weeks later, saying there was no problem with it. I put my sim card in, and it still didnt work. I was then told that there is a problem on the network with my number, and they would follow up with the technicians.
Even after my numerous phone calls to find out what the progress is, my phone is still not working.
Very frustrated, because not only do I not have no blackberry services, I am being chared excessive amounts for my internet usage on the phone.
