I took out my contract almost 2 years ago my upgrade is due on the 21 July 2013. Several attempts via emails & calls to detemine if I can upgrade a month & a half early have resulted in nothing but frustration. Vodacom refuses to do this upgrade because my monthly limit is not in excess of /-R800. I am willing to pay in the difference which Vodacom refuses. I need a new phone NOW. Why? As I have advised Vodacom that the main reason for the early upgrade is due to the phone I have (Blackberry 9780) which has now gone in for repairs for the second time in the 2 year contract for the same problem. I am now, once again inconvenienced with a phone that is faulty & completely unuseable for the 2nd time with the same problem, through no fault of my own. I cannot access work related emails causing a loss in income & now have to shoulder the added expense of having to purchase a second phone. And all because the petty beaurocrats at Vodacom can't either a) supply a decent phone with a contract, b) repair their faulty product to ensure the same problem doesn't occur within 4 months & c) move a contract forward by 6 weeks in these circumstances. RIDICULOUS!
