Almost 8 months ago I logged a complaint regarding signal in the complex where I live and I haven't received any response regarding my call the only response i received was an sms notifying me that they are still awaiting site plan for my area. This morning I called to follow up on my call and I was told that I need to get at least 5 numbers of people with the same problem for me to be helped. I therefore could not find 5 people as I don't know a lot of people there and I am not prepared to knock on their doors asking them if they also have signal problems. I don't think it's fair for me to get 5 numbers to be help, all I want is for Vodacom is to send a technician to my home and tell me what I can do to get a better signal.
