Vodacom
No response to numerous calls made

Vodacom boasts of the cloud covering the mountain and they covering the rest of cape town (with signal) but that's not true. Living in Rondebosch with 2 contracts with them and often there's almost No signal-if not very bad. Anyway called vodacom toll free again and again to request a signal booster for my home and as yet have not received a response. We were promised a call from the manager Waleed (name may be wrong) but since 2months ago we haven't received the call. Do I cancel my contracts or will something be done about it? Awaiting a response
