Since Saturday 30 November we have been experiencing signal problems ranging from intermittent low signal to NO signal at all. This is highly frustrating since most people use their smartphones to conduct business.

On Saturday we had NO signal for over 3 hours... But we still have to pay for "Service" at the end of the month.
Since Saturday the signal has been intermittent and weak. And now there is NO signal again. Cant sms, use data or call... Only emergency numbers.

Vodacom, there is so many complaints... when are you going to respond and do something about it. Refund customers in areas where problems exist, or give them bonus data / airtime / minutes or SOMETHING to compensate for service
