Vodacom
Vodacom ignores signal problem

My father C van Rooyen is a farmer in the Swartwater area in Limpopo province. Since 3/01/2014 there is no Vodacom signal in the area. His number is 0826918323. I phoned the call centre who told me that he must phone them himself to report the problem. He has no signal! He must also give 3 other numbers with the same problem before they will act. His nearest Vodacom shop is 130km away. He has to drive about 30km everytime he wants to make a call. I have no way of contacting him until the service is restored. The call centre did not even ask in which area the signal problem was.
