Never Billed - Now cut off!

I haven't received a single statement from Telkom for the last 3 months!! I have checked online to see how much I owe etc (said I owe 0 when I last looked), since I have not received statements via email or post. I haven't received a single phone call to inform me about the outstanding money or sms! You just simply cut me off!!! Now I am sitting without internet which I need!! How can you not send me my statements or sms me about the amount??? before you just cut me off!
