Statment not received

I am not getting my statement I don't know why for some reason someone decided to change my delivery to email and I only received my statement via email for about two months and after that I have been not getting my statements I'm sure now it's going for a third month. I never requested for my statement to be sent via email so can someone please but back my delivery address as it was via post not email and I need all my statement that I haven't received.
