I haven't received any response nor phone call, I received a statement that I oweR3013.00. Your call centre couldn't explain the amount. Also indicated that I never received statement last year but did paid R200.00 every month. See message...

As for your automated email which promise that I will get feedback to date that never materialised.

To whom it may concern,

I received statement dated June 2013 indicating that I owe an amount of R2, 943.00. I haven't received statements for past 14 months but have been paying R200.00 monthly. On numerous occasions I tried to contact your office with regard to statements but no luck.

Kindly check your records/reports accordingly before you bill incorrect statements after 14 months.

Will appreciate your prompt & correct feedback
