I have upgraded my cellphone contract on 28 February 2013 at Autopage Cellular Riverside Mall Branch in Nelspruit and chose a White Blackberry Z10 and was told by Tiaan that I would receive it within 5 working days. After three weeks of constant enquiries Tiaan informed me that there are no white Z10's available and recommended to take a black one which I would then get the next week. During March I received a voice message from Tiaan stating that my phone "might" be there (whatever that means) When I phoned him he said he made a mistake and that my phone was not yet there. After complaining to head office I was told that it would be better to cancel the upgrade with the Riverside Mall branch and upgrade directly with head office and that they have phones available. On the 4th of April I then opted to upgrade telephonically via head office. I was then told that I would receive my phone within 7 working days. 24 April - I phone daily to find out what is happening. After Bianca at told me it's invoiced, Shawn promising I would receive it this week, promise of feedback. All I hear is next week then again next week. I don't know that to do anymore.
