I reported my phone in February and i got a new one. unfortunately my account was debited with an extra R300.00 when i called the insurance department they advised me it was the access fee with regards to the quote. when i submitted my insurance claim documents i was never advised of any access fee being charged. i am sick and tired of this nonsense, can someone please help and explain why didn't the consultant explain the documents to me which i submitted on my own because there systems was messed up.
