Road agency Claim never resolved

I have submitted a road claim in February 2012 for a pothole that damaged my car, however the municipality I submitted this to advised that I submitted to the incorrect district. I was then directed to the correct one and liaised since then with Bettie Brandt and Cleopatra Mankongolo.

I sent my documents through to their department and followed up with a call, where Bettie gave me a reference number and confirmed the receipt of my documents. I was told to follow up 8 weeks later. When I followed up i was told no documents are there and they were sent to legal in Pretoria. When I spoke to Karen Rusch and Amanada Perks they confirmed no documents were there. As a solution Cleopatra offered that i resend the copies I made by email since then nothing has been done.

When i mailed her the other day, she said to me another gentleman is in charge. I mailed him and since have not heard anything.

Can anyone assist? are all government departments exactly like the stigma says they are?
