Received an email from 8ta on 11 April, 2013 stating they had sent mail to the Call Center to assist with the billing problem - to-date I have heard NOTHING more and my banking account has still not been rectified. This seems to be the norm with this company, sell you something & that's it. I feel that it's time for Legal Wise to interviene.
