SICK AND TIRED OF PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I have had endless problems with Absa. I have had enough now!! Their service is absolutely pathetic. Firstly this year my account was blocked due to outstanding fica documents and I was left stranded in JHB, after I submitted fica documents and was called by Kay from stanger branch saying I can use account as FICA lock removed. When the stanger branch was contacted by Gugu (from pricthard street- jhb-who was only one willing to help) they said they submitted documents through post, however branch in pritchard said they scan documents so documents lost. I then had to resubmit documents, in mean time I stranded with no access to MY MONEY. Then I thought let me apply for plantinum account, maybe service better>> like ..ABSA took two weeks to finally sort out application. Then I get asked to submit documents all over again. Then yesterday was told plantinum account approved and account number given. I go today to pick up card and I am told that it is silver account that I was approved for to upgrade I must SUBMIT documents AGAIN!!! I am sick of this pathetic service and being pushed from pillar to post all the time. If I didnt have my bond with them I would just CANCEL
