BREACH OF CONTRACT/NO RESPONSE JUST DEMAND LETTERS

I moved house on 1 March 2013 only 3km from previous address and discovered there was a problem with internet connection. Couldn't connect at all! Since this date I have made many calls to various departments (for which I was given reference no's) but am no further forward as I sit here today except for receiving a bill at end of April and now a final demand letter!! I have only ever received one call from Vodacom, from 'a lady' on 11/03/13 who informed me that there is no signal in my area. She agreed that the only solution would be for my contract to be cancelled and agreed that she would escalate to the cancellations dept. This has never happened! The cancellations department told me on one of the calls I made that my query was 'still pending' and when I asked to speak to her superior she cut me off!!! Is this STILL PENDING??? NEARLY 2 MONTHS LATER??? They don't even have the courtesy to get back to me - just send me bills / demand letters!!! WHY IS IT THAT THERE ARE NO EMAIL ADDRESSES or ADDRESSES that one can write to. I eventually wrote to a Lindiwe Nkosi (only email address I have) who responded saying she had sent it to the necessary department. Still no response!!!
