BEING BILLED FOR A CONTRACT THAT I HAVE CANCELLED

ON THE 04/08/2013, I CALLED THE UPGRADES DEPARTMENT AND UPGRADED MY CONTRACT TO THE RED LIMITLESS PACKAGE.
EXACTLY 9 MINUTES LATER I CALLED THE CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT TO CANCEL THE UPGRADE THAT I HAD JUST MADE. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION SMS WITH A REFERENCE NUBER STATING TAHT MY UPGRADE WAS CANCELLED.
TO MY SUPRISE ON THE 05/09/2013, DISCOVERED THAT I WAS NOW ON THE RED LIMITLESS PACKAGE, WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED.
I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE CANCELLATONS DEPARTMENT TO ENQUIRE. AFTER 1 H 34 MINUTES OF HOLDING FOR A CONSULTANT TO ATTEND, I WAS EVENTUALLY TOLD THAT THE CONTRACT WOULD BE CANCELLED AFTER 48 HOURS.
I CHECK TODAY 07/9/2013 - 48 HOURS AND MORE LATER - AND THIS CONTRACT IS STILL ACTIVE. I TRIED TO CALL THE CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT BUT AFTER HOLDING ON FOR 2 HOURS AND 14 MINUTES I WAS DISCONNECTED.
I REFUSE TO PAY THIS ACCOUNT AND I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AND CONSUMER COURTS.
