Still waiting for my phone

I applied for a contract on the 13 April 2013 saying it was approved, the next day i got a call for my banking detail, which i provided. i waited for a week with no responce until 15 April saying my credit card details were incorrect, the same day i provided the details and on the 18 April 2013 e-mailed my statement with no responce until i called again which the consultant said will call me back for an update, which I'm still waiting for two days. It's going to be two weeks and I'm still waiting.
