I received my statement beginning of the month and noticed that I was being charged for the whole month although my contract expired and I cancelled it on 4 April. After calling the call centre and being given numerous incorrect informations I am now still sitting with empty promises that I will received direct contact details but guess what, nothing received yet. I give you one last chance to get your act together before I will take this to the highes point as I am fed up running after you!
