Is services down, used all my airtime

I noticed last night that my airtime was exhausted, but had made no calls. When I called in to customer care, the lady said that there is a problem and many people have reported the ame problem. I pay monthly for my bis and don't expect to be charged when roaming the internet. I had about R60 airtime which is now all finished, and I would like it to be refunded immediately as it was a problem on Vodacoms side.
I trust that you will get back to me as a matter of urgency.
