I am so totally disgusted with the services from Nashua Mobile, MBD Incorporated and Scolls Collections.
My Nashua Mobile account was handed over to MBD Incorporated. I paid them eqach and every month until i realised I am no longer receiving statements, I never got through to anyone to give me statements, so I stopped paying. Late last year I wast contacted by Scolls Collections and was told that I still owe money to Nashua Mobile, after looking at the statement they then forwarded me I realized that more or less R2000.00's payment were not reflecting on the statement. After sending the proof of payments numerous times to them they came back to me and said that Nashua Mobile says that they did not receive the payments from MBD and that I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM AND GET IT SORTED OUT!! Trying to get hold of anyone at MBD is almost impossible, if you do get through I get promised a statement whiche NEVER HAPPENS!! Eventually I came through today and the lady at MBD told me that according to my file the account was paid up and closed and she will try and send me a statement. Now what am I to do??? I am not going to pay something that has already been paid!!!
