Nashua Mobile Money From Me

Great, i get a Nashua mobile statement every month showing the amount i owe and what has been deducted.

However on my FNB account, it shows that Nashua took additional money TWICE out my account that does not reflect on my statement. I know this can be extra's charges either as I never even used the sim card this month.

Even the person i spoke to at Nashua says that it doesn't show on my account, yet it was taken out of my FNB bank account!
