I have a number of complaints

Telecommunications

1: This is related to the "autopage my.account" website. When I try to select a package&phone combo and upgrade online, the system enters a continuous loop, asking me to fill in my delivery address and all my other details, yet when I press the submit/continue button it just takes me back to the first part of the process and asks me to choose a phone and answer all the other questions again. It is completely non-functional & useless.
2: When I phoned the Autopage retentions dept and asked about the Samsung I8190 S3 Mini 8Gig Blue @ R 230.00x24 (with a 250MB Bundle included), as seen on the "my.account.pro" website. The consultant told me that the price was incorrect and that it was actually R287/ month. What is the point of having this data on the website if it is wrong & misleading?
3: I phoned the Autopage upgrade line and followed the prompts in order to receive a list of upgrade specials emailed to me, on 8 April 2013. The specials emailed to me were titled "MTN "TALK & TOP UP" Packages, Effective 07 November - 06 December 2011"
4:After much online frustration I finally ordered a phone, by phone. I was told that it would arrive last week 15 - 19 April, but it has not arrived.
