No support from complaints about a selle

I am extremely unhappy with services rendered for the seller: Calton Phones (3865)
I bought 3 cell phones from seller: Calton Phones (3865) for R1 each, however I was charged R450 shipper per phone, when I queried this the seller said that the phones were sent separately, when indeed this was stuffed into one parcel...
I then waited over indicated delivery period as was dealt with inappropriately by the seller and said that it not his/her problem and that I must sort it out, even tough they sent it to the wrong address. I had to call the post office and plead for them to send my phones to the correct address.
Anyway, I eventually received the phones but this was very badly scratched and 2 of the 3 phones are not fully functional as not able to download any applications...
The caller then phoned me and said that she will refund my R1 per phone and I must send it back if I am so unhappy. This is VERY bad customer service and I feel that this seller should be dealt with appropriately as this is probably not the way you would encourage your customers to be dealt with.
