Bought cell phones and they do not work properly

On the 14/01/13, i bought two cellphone Nokia E71 and nothing works on these phone, bluetooth, internet, no watssup, nothing works and funny is when i went there, Saif told me they are at factory price and i bought two phones. And when i call him, he ignores my number as i have been calling and going back to the store regarding these phones. Till today, i am using fake nokia phone he sold to me and canhe sort it out or i want my money back.
