Cannot get the accounts right

I have an 8ta contract which is in the last few months. I changed bank accounts in December and since I have changed my banking details they havnt taken a payment out of the bank account and they have a cheek to cut off my service for their problem. I refuse to make a deposit into their bank account because at the end of next month they will just take more and they neva refund. I am sick and tired of there useless accounts department.
