Cell C opened MTN account under my name fradulenty

Im so concerned my name is Lucky Nhlanhla Hlela in February I opened an account for my girls taking cellphone contract, through Cell C. They hen used my profile to open an account with MTN fradulently withooiut my knowledge whereby they took 3g modem and im so confused because now im getting billed by MTN whereas I dont even know what is a 3g and they passing the buck. Im discguisted, frustrated and need answers before I take both companies to Speak Out (an SABC show) and to the media like newspapers and will destroy their names they wont believe.
