Good day

My contract in respect of a cellphone expired. I provided notice at the end of February to confirm that I did not wish to renew the contract. Despite various undertakings, I was informed by a rather confused Nompumelelo Ncongwane of Weava Cell that the contract would be terminated at the end of April 2013.

Desite such undertakings by Weava Cell, the company still proceeded to deduct funds in respect of this contract from my bank account.

I demand that the funds be paid back into my account and that NO FURTHER DEBIT ORDERS in respect of this particular contract be deducted from my account! Please contact me most urgently as my rights as a consumer have been infringed!!!
