Cell C
Account still appears on profile!

Around 2006, some my identity and opened two Cell C contracts with them. Open learning of this I phoned Cell C who told me to get an affidavit so that they could close the lines and cancel the contracts. This i duly did, but ever since then i've had an account of Cell C on my ITC records (Experian, Transunion) with an active balance and i've been trying to get help from Cell C about removing this from my profile and update it as such. Accessing credit has become a challenge since this account keeps coming up. I called Cell C a couple of days ago and to date ive had no help and no feedback!

please help?
