Cell C
Getting billed for a contract i never opened

On the 1st of may my fnb cheque account was billed for R355.80 by cell c. the following day i queried this and was given reference:3050200885. To date i haven't had a response from cell c and decided to call. Only to find that my query was dismissed as that i do have a contract with them despite my insistence that i do not have a contract with them. i cant continue paying for something i dont have. and it seems like Cell C is just happy to have me do just that
