ACCOUNT PAIDUP IN 2010, ITC PROFILE NOT UPDATED

ACCOUNT NO: 01065359, I have since paid-up my Cell C phone contract in June 2010, but until today my ITC profile on experian is not updated as the account still shows open/current.

Cell C people, please do your job. Update my ITC profile and give me feed back urgently, you had 2 years to do this!!
