Dear MTN,

My data bundle was removed and I was charged etremely high data charges, which made me incur a cost of R60 airtime in less than a day. That was for data usage of less than 30MB. This means that without a data bundle you are charging about R2MB, which is equals to roughly R2048 for only 1 gig of data!!! And that isn't even what my complaint is about.

I would like you to listen to the two calls that where linked to my account, one of which was made on 19/04/2013 and the second on 22/04/2013 at 16:17, where I spoke to Lerato and the supervisor Trevor. I would then like those two calls brought to the attention of the call centre manager.

I would then also like all information currently held by MTN regarding my contracts with you to be forwarded to me, either electronically or by post. Should you post this information, I would also like to amend my postal address first.
