Incorrect bill cannot be rectified

I received a faulty invoice from MTN SP indicating that my account is in arrears. I am 100% sure that I am not behind but the automated debit order will deduct the incorrect amount on the 1st.

For me to rectify this, I need to phone the MTN sp call centre and speak to accounts. I am unable to get through to anyone. Even after calling more than three times. I have been waiting on the line for nearly 25 minutes without any human interactions. Are there even people working at the call centre? My emails do not get any responses either. I am unable to contact them in any way and I need to prevent paying more than I should.

I am now forced to cancel the debit order at the bank to prevent them from deducting more money than they should.
