Still no phone after 3months

Handed in my phone for repairs 17 January. cracked crystal. After some time of patient inquiring . posted a complaint in the name of supper call. No response. So now i am complaining to the one's who invoice me, for it is all the same. Please do some thing. i still have no phone after a ridiculous 3 months and some days . you love my money so give me something back please. i continuously call to find out what happened no one ever calls me. I am Fed up being handled like a bum, by your people. i think at this stage of time that auto page is no service provider an feel like Ending my 12 and my wife's 13 year old loyal service contract next year. i have been most patient with you people at Randfontein an head office. this is simply taking way longer than it should.
