Worst Netwrok/Service Provider!

I have given my phone in for the fifth time yesterday and I am truly frustrated with this pathetic network. I am continuously having the same problem with the refurbished phones they keep giving me. The last time when I contacted the head office I got the run around from being transferred to various departments to people who can't even speak English. I have asked them to change my package so that I may get a different phone or give me a brand new phone and I got a straight NO. I asked them to consider cancelling my contract and that was a NO again. Im paying for a brand new phone but in the past year it has sat in repairs most of the time which is unfair as im truly am being robbed every month with this nonsense. This is the worst company ever and I cant wait to move over to their competition. If anyone is taking a contract with Mtn please DO NOT as they are extremely expensive on calls out of bundle and their service level is pathetic. Biggest mistake was taking a contract out with these fools. They won't even bother to contact me after this is posted as they dont care about their customers and this is from experience as they didnt the last time I posted something.
