Cell phone has been sent 3 times for repairs

I'm on a MTN contract through Auto Page Cellular. My cell phones ear speaker isn't working properly. I sent my cell phone (iphone 4s imei no. 013175002201312) through Auto Page Cellular Estcourt to head office for repairs ref no. R370971. That was mid November 2013. I received my cellphone back mid December 2013 (4 weeks later) to find that the problem wasn't fixed. Then sent my cell phone back again ref no. R372302. I then received my cell phone back on the 16th of January 2014. On the paperwork it said the problem was fixed but yet again my cell phone still has the same problem. I've now sent it back for the 3rd time. All in all I'm going to sit without a cell phone for 2 1/2 to 3 months which I'm paying for. This is very bad for Auto Page Cellular, if it carries on like this they are going to loose a lot of customers. I would love to know what is going to happen next. They need to sort this problem out or give me a new iphone.
