Very bad service

Upgraded from auto page on the 22nd of January, had my phone for tow days then the screen cracked, send it back and with any problems they replaced it. the second phone was a month and a half old when it broke again. it started to shut down by it self. send it back on the 10th of April and they told me 2 weeks then i will get a new phone, and is now almost 2 months and i still haven't received a phone. they charge me every month for internet service but i don't even have a phone. i am suppose to be on a top-up and the lady at the branch in welkom said that if i use the internet from the phone i then had, the money will be deducted from the R200 airtime i receive on the 17th of every month. now i want to cancel my contract because the service is very bad. almost every time i phone head office i speak to at least 3 people because no one can or wants to help me. now i have to pay a settlement fee of R6500 for the phone if i want to cancel it but i don't even have a phone that belongs to auto page. i complained on their Facebook page and they keep asking me for my number so that someone can call me but no one calls me. the contact is on my fathers name so its difficult for me.
