Inorrect Billing/Breach of Contract/Bad Attitude

For the 2nd time in less than a year 8ta just cancelled my line.1st was resolved. It took 8ta 3months. The 2nd time my phone line was cut was beginning of October. When I called (numerous of times) i was told..."We dont know why, as our system says your account is in credit" (from the 1st cut-off). Today (4months later) a debit of R839 went off my account. When i contact the 8ta call centre I was told it was for calls made in December?? The sim card has not been used since the day my line was cancelled in October. I have not received a statement since August even though i called and requested one (numerous times). Apparently my line has been re-opened in December without any notification.

Norma Mphofu... please attend a client relations course. you dont have the necessary peoples skills to work in a call centre. You are rude and unfriendly. The manager Keneile Stone was off course not available.

I will be held liable to pay a cancellation Fee of R800 should i wish to "CANCEL" my contract. After all this???

Today I am sending a letter to The Publick Protector, The Consumer Board and 8ta will be receiving a letter from my Lawyer.
